With the Geneva Motor Show around the corner, Citroën has unveiled its showstopper – the SpaceTourer HYPHEN concept. Coinciding with the launch of its new SpaceTourer multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), the SpaceTourer HYPHEN concept is a bright, vibrant 4×4 concept vehicle.

Citroen teamed up with French pop group HYPHEN HYPHEN to “pool values of optimism, sharing and creativity”.

“Citroën has always known how to innovate, to be a pioneer and to spot talent. After meeting HYPHEN HYPHEN, the idea for a partnership came about naturally. This vibrant, offbeat group has a real graphic and musical signature,” says Arnaud Belloni, director of marketing and communication.

Citroën gets hyphenedThe SpaceTourer HYPHEN concept has bright, breezy, go-anywhere looks that inspire thoughts of unlimited travel. It features “supercharged design”, which, says Citroën, “exudes dynamism and energy, evoking freedom, leisure, and open-air activities at first sight”. It sits on 19-inch diamond-cut matt black alloy wheels with red-orange detailing.

An “invigorating interior” it its other standout feature, inviting passengers into “a dazzling world with a bright, dynamic atmosphere that promotes well-being”.

“VIP treatment” is the name of the game, with each seat given a unique colour scheme, thick floor mats in rich, soft wool, and special fabric for the roof lining and dashboard.

The entire interior is bathed in natural light that pours in through the broad glass sunroof.
