Fuso and Kempston Truck Hire hit 100

Kempston Truck Hire and Fuso Trucks recently celebrated the 100th Fuso Truck to enter the Kempston fleet this year. The company’s fleet boasts in excess of 700 Fuso trucks!

Based in East London, but operating nationally, Kempston Truck Hire has been regarded as one of South Africa’s most successful vehicle-hire businesses for almost 45 years.

“It is no surprise that we keep going back to the trusted Fuso Trucks brand, as it provides critical qualities that are offered by very few other manufacturers,” says Jonathan Cotterell, divisional director for the Kempston Group.

“I can tell you now that it is almost impossible for a single original equipment manufacturer to fulfil all of our needs as a vehicle-hire business. Fuso trucks are rugged, built to the highest quality, incredibly strong and what we consider to be a premium product.

“Clients that hire trucks from us include municipalities, government departments and logistics and distribution companies, so it is important for us to hire out a brand in which we have 100-percent faith; as our reputation is on the line,” he says.

The latest vehicles have been bought on finance packages through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.
