Improve your fleet management skills!
Amabhubesi Conferencing & Training will present a four-day fleet and transport management workshop, between October 27 and 30. The workshop will be led by Colin Botha, a leading supply chain management expert and Free State University lecturer.
Botha will delve into the competencies required to optimise the management of a fleet; how to remove, or minimise, risks associated with fleet investments; how to improve efficiency and increase productivity; and how to reduce overall operational costs.
The workshop will also highlight ways to ensure fleet operation complies with government legislation, as well as ways to control human factors that contribute to unnecessary rise in operational costs.
The course is accredited on NQF level 5 with 15 credits. Participants will be assessed upon completion.
By the end of the course, delegates should have improved skills relating to improving vehicle performance and mileage, enhancing operational reliability and safety, maintenance planning, driver control, as well as optimising navigation and routes.
The cost of the workshop is R8 999 per delegate. It will be held at the Amabhubesi Conferencing Centre in Randburg, Johannesburg. Find more information here.
