Iveco stands behind its vehicles
Iveco is backing its locally produced vehicles with “an industry-leading standard warranty scheme”. The company is confident that this warranty cover demonstrates its total confidence in the product range, while underlining its commitment to continue to offer customers the best service in the industry.
The Daily range now boasts an unlimited kilometre, 24-month full unlimited standard warranty.
The Eurocargo now offers a three-year/300 000 km standard warranty, which is up from the previous staggered warranty of 200 000 km, with a number of exclusions.
The Stralis sees its two-year/400 000 km warranty offer leap to an industry-leading, three-year/600 000 km warranty, with additional inclusions.
The standard warranty for the Trakker On Road models matches that of the Stralis, while the Trakker Off Road has had its standard two-year/250 000 km warranty cover increased to a three-year/400 000 km warranty.
The New 682 comes in with a standard full first-year warranty and up to 200 000 km of driveline cover in the second year.
“Born in South Africa is much more than just a brand exercise. The complete product range has been tailored specifically for the southern African market and its conditions. As such, we are able to give our loyal customer base a simplified and more encompassing warranty as standard,” says Eamonn Parker, MD of Iveco South Africa.
“Naturally, there may also be the occasion to offer an extended warranty and with our comprehensive Elements package we are now able to fully meet the demands of transport operators,” he concludes.
