Nearly time for Tyrexpo Africa

The first two working weeks of 2014 are nearly over … time flies. Before we know it, we’ll be a few months into the year … However, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing as Tyrexpo Africa, the only exhibition in southern Africa that caters exclusively for the tyre and associated equipment industries, is set to take place from March 4 to 6 at the Sandton Convention Centre.

Show organiser ECI International points out that, with over 150 exhibitors from across the globe taking part, Tyrexpo Africa 2014 – the fifth in the series of Tyrexpo Africa events – will have something to interest visitors from all sectors of the tyre industry.

“The range and choice of tyres available to buyers at the show will be unparalleled at a single event in South Africa,” says Paul Farrant, managing director of ECI International. “Local dealers and fleet owners looking to add new brands to their portfolios will be able to visit the widest selection of well-respected manufacturers from South Africa and across the world.”

Other areas of focus at the show include tyre retreading, tyre repair materials and consumables, the latest in tyre fitting, wheel balancing equipment, tyre recycling and tyre disposal technologies.
