Performance, quality and reliability

High-quality air and electrical suzi coils are fundamentally important components in any truck/trailer combination. A low-cost, but inferior-quality, alternative may save money at face value, but early failure can result in unforeseen and prolonged downtime – leading to additional expenses, notes Trail-Link marketing manager, Kim Collins.

Trail-Link is a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality suzi coils in South Africa, and was the first local company to develop the plug-in-and-go moulded “Black Mamba”, which provides advantages of a moulded, sealed unit, in addition to the toughness and durability of a polyurethane coil.

Performance, quality and reliabilityAccording to Collins, Trail-Link is fully committed to providing measurable long-term value to its customers. “Performance, quality and reliability are the cornerstones of our business. As a result, the use of sub-standard parts is not an option during our manufacturing process.

“Although customers pay a premium for our products, they have peace of mind that they are of a high quality, and will be durable and long-lasting,” she adds.

Continuous internal quality control is undertaken by Trail-Link during the manufacture of all products. “This ensures that our products are able to withstand a harsh operating environment, while outperforming  similar products,” Collins concludes.
