Top tyre manufacturers expected at Tyrexpo

With Tyrexpo Africa 2014 around the corner, those with a special interest in tyres can visit the Sandton Convention Centre, from March 4 to 6, where the widest selection of new brands of leading South African and international manufacturers will be showcased.

Alliance Tire Group (ATG), an emerging market leader of Off-Highway Tyres, is one of the manufactures that will be there. According to Tyrexpo Africa, ATG has a dynamic presence in more than 120 countries. “With state-of-the-art products on the cutting edge of technology, ATG’s experience spans six decades and is represented in the market by three well-known brands: Alliance, Galaxy and Primex.”

Dongying Zhengyu Wheel, based in Shandong, China, is a company on the world stage of tyre manufacturing and related products and will also have a stand at Tyrexpo Africa 2014. “It’s a major international player with markets spanning South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Asia and North America,” says the exhibition company.

Another globally oriented company exhibiting at Tyrexpo Africa 2014 is Benton Tyre & Rubber Co. The company manufactures, markets and distributes Radial all-steel truck and bus tyres (TBR), Bias truck and light truck tyres, Radial passenger car tyres (PCR), Bias and Radial OTR, Bias Agriculture tractor and implement, Industrial Solid and Pneumatic tyres.

Tech Europe repairs, services, manufactures, markets and distributes tyres into Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) and will also be exhibiting at Tyrexpo Africa 2014.

Those visiting Tyrexpo Africa will also be able to go to the stand of Acten Marketing Sdn Bhd, from Malaysia, which specialises in rubber processing machineries. The company provides a complete tread rubber turnkey plant set-up and the transfer of technology know-how in rubber compound equipment-mixing line and extrusion line equipment.
