Arrive Alive and Ctrack making a difference

Following a 13-year partnership promoting road safety in South Africa, global vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions company Ctrack has committed to another year of support for Arrive Alive. Ctrack was the first and one of the main sponsors of the Arrive Alive Online Initiative.

During 2015, Arrive Alive recorded 1,027 million visitor sessions on its website, as well as an additional 1,2 million visitor sessions on the Road Safety and Insurance blogs.

โ€œCtrack and Arrive Alive have two things in common, namely to promote road safety and save lives. Our products are about so much more than recovering your stolen or hijacked vehicle: we are concerned with promoting better driving habits and creating awareness around truck and vehicle safety,โ€ says Pierre Bruwer, MD of Ctrack SA.

โ€œAs developers of the Arrive Alive Online Initiative, we are both proud and appreciative of the relationship with Ctrack,โ€ says Advocate Johan Jonck, who drives the site.

โ€œWhen we started out, one of our objectives was to work together towards the development of an effective information portal on road safety. We believe that an informed road user can be a safer road user.

โ€œWe are well aware that, as a leader in vehicle telematics technology, Ctrack is committed to using its technology in an effort to make roads safer for all road users. Through this continued partnership, we will further enhance our information offering to road users through various platforms, in South Africa and across the globe,โ€ Jonck concludes.
