General Motors South Africa (GMSA) has announced the introduction of the Complete Care programme for new and existing customers – a comprehensive after-sales programme that provides a wide range of services.
These include:
• A warranty of up to five years or 120 000 km for new buyers;
• Free 24-hour roadside assistance;
• Maintenance servicing by GM-certified technicians;
• Customer care centre support and;
• Complete service mobile apps.
“With Complete Care, we are delivering an outstanding ownership experience to match our great-value, high-quality vehicles,” says Brian Olson, vice president vehicle sales service and marketing at GMSA.
For example, the GM Roadside Assist programme grants customers in South Africa a wide range of benefits, including: free accommodation or car rental, safety at the roadside, repatriation of vehicles to either home or work once repairs have been completed, assistance in changing a flat tyre and even fuel assistance.
“Complete Care demonstrates our commitment to being a leader in customer care, service and satisfaction through one of the most thorough service packages available anywhere,” Olson adds.
