Off-roading enthusiasts or companies whose drivers need to reach far and remote places off the beaten track can rejoice: the Isuzu Off-Road Academy is now operating its Off-Road Driving Courses with the new and enhanced Isuzu KB range

“The approved Isuzu Off-Road Academy is providing an invaluable extension to the Isuzu ownership experience,” says Mlungisi Nonkonyana, Isuzu brand manager, GM South Africa.

Further, a new, advanced off-road course allows customers to learn advanced driving techniques for all types of terrain, vehicle recovery, vehicle maintenance and, most importantly, the protection of the environment whilst off-road driving.

“The course allows the Isuzu owner, particularly the less-experienced recreational user, the opportunity to fully realise the potential, and thus enjoyment, of a 4×4 vehicle for maximised satisfaction and safety in use.”

Based at Gerotek Testing Facility outside Pretoria, the Isuzu Off-Road Academy is also geared to provide training at virtually any location nationally. It has trained more than 5 000 people on the basic techniques of on- and off-road 4×4 driving since being founded six years ago.
