Making a move

From humble beginnings in 1981, when it was known as “Vital Services”, Serco continues to build on its impressive history in manufacturing refrigerated and dry-freight units. “We take great pleasure in announcing that we will be relocating to our new and improved facility – located at the corner of North Boundary and Trichards Roads in Boksburg, Gauteng,” says Donavan Brent, general manager of Serco.

The company has been running its repairs operation from its new Johannesburg facility since June 30. (Serco also has manufacturing and after-sales repair divisions based in Durban and Cape Town.)

The new body division will be running from July 14. “We have taken special care to ensure a smooth transition so as not to pose any inconvenience to our customers,” Brent reassures. “You can expect our usual attention and prompt response from our factory and workshop.”
