Only two weeks to Automechanika Johannesburg

Now in its fifth installment, the Automechanika Johannesburg aftermarket trade fair will come to the Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec, from September 27 to 30.

Billed as a four-in-one show offering, this year’s event will be co-located with the Futuroad truck and bus exhibition; Reifen tyre expo; and Scalex, a trade fair for transport systems, infrastructure and logistics solutions.

Only two weeks to Automechanika JohannesburgNumerous suppliers will showcase their latest and greatest offerings. Just some include:

– Pointer South Africa, which will promote its rebranding from Orchid Telematics powered by Global Telematics. The company will also launch two products at the show: a camera solution, Pointer View, and a cold-chain solution, Pointer Nano.

– Trailers from Afrit and GRW. Afrit will showcase road-transport trailers that are packed with technology and innovation; while GRW will be introducing its X models, competitively priced pre-configured trailers.

– Several new truck models, such as the Tata 814 4,5-t truck and a preview of the new Hino 500 Series Wide Body.

– UAB Dielektrik, of Lithuania, will be promoting its Truck Explorer diagnostics and chip turning equipment.
