Recognising (and planning for) excellence
Truck Centre Wadeville has been honoured as Iveco South Africa’s Dealer of the Year for 2014, collecting a cheque for a cool R250 000 in the process.
The awards ceremony was held at the end of January as part of the Iveco Dealership Conference. It recognised the company’s top talent and outstanding sales performances.
More than 30 dealers attended the event, with the entire South African Custom Union dealer network, plus those from other southern African countries, coming together under one roof.
“This annual event has become a highlight on Iveco’s calendar and it provides a chance for our people to look back at the achievements over the past year, analyse our targets and set the strategy for the year ahead,” says Iveco marketing manager, Christophe Longuet. “It is also an important way for us to recognise the hard work and achievements of our dealers over the past year.
“The event is a chance for Iveco to encourage its dealers to take the company to the next level of success, build brand equity and continue to drive outstanding sales growth,” concludes Longuet.
