Turning night into day

VisionX Lighting, distributed in South Africa by Torre Automotive, has launched its new 6,7-inch Cannon LED light for the trucking industry. From a single 50 watt luminous and IP68 waterproof-rated LED, it provides 800 m of useable light!

“With more versatility than any single LED automotive light, the 10° spot pattern Cannon is equivalent to 12 lights in one,” says Leonard Chester product manager, vehicle accessories, Torre Automotive.
   
The 6,7-inch Cannon provides optional snap-on polycarbonate filters to quickly change the beam pattern between Spot, Euro or Flood, while the coloured filters (available in clear, blue, yellow or red) can improve visibility in various conditions.

A universal single-bolt mounting, accompanied by a wiring harness, provides quick, traditional installation for a multitude of applications.
 
“The 6,7-inch Cannon provides unprecedented lighting distance, durability and easy access to change beam patterns, which were previously not available. Those travelling on remote roads will have more light and will, therefore, be able to react better to dangers,” says Chester.
