Volvo Group growing well

Sales Dealer of the Year, Volvo Truck Centre, Bloemfontein

Following the successful launch of new products, Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks, two brands within the Volvo Group Southern Africa, both achieved their best local sales performance to date during 2014.

The group recently named its top dealers – Sales Dealer of the Year being awarded to Volvo Truck Centre Bloemfontein and Aftermarket Dealer of the Year presented to Volvo Truck Centre Upington. Both dealers were able to grow their businesses exponentially during 2014.

According to Christian Coolsaet, managing director of Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks SA, the company’s focus is very much on supporting their customers and providing them with quality service, advice and products that add profit and value to their businesses over the long term.

Aftersales Dealer of the Year, Volvo Truck Centre, Upington“That is the reason why, when we determined our top dealers, we also took into consideration the dealers’ customer satisfaction scores, as our customers’ opinions are the ones that truly count,” says Coolsaet.

By the end of 2015, Volvo Group Southern Africa will have a footprint of 26 dealers in South Africa, which equates to 100 percent growth in the past three years.

“Operating in the region for over 13 years, we believe we are able to meet its unique requirements and offer local customers the best transport solutions available – ones that make a tangible difference to their businesses in real time,” concludes Coolsaet.
